Blythe
Metz was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago where the acting bug took root at an early age. Metz performed scenes from films and commercials for her parents, but was never allowed to pursue her craft until she was an adult.

She has starred in several independent feature films, earning her 3 Best Actress Awards for her work in Bred in the Bone, The Craving Heart and Nightmare Man. Metz has also written, produced, and acted in several films which have received recognition and awards from noted festivals, such as Park City Film and Music Festival. In addition to acting, Metz created an interactive documentary series called The Solutions, teaching people the little things that make a big difference in the environment. The well being of Earth and her people is of paramount interest to Metz, who later created The SuperNatural Green Diet, Eating for Mind and Body Excellence While Decreasing Garbage by 90%, in response to the plastics crisis in the ocean. She holds a Masters Degree in Metaphysical Sciences from University of Metaphysical Sciences and is currently earning her PH.D. in the same field. Metz paints and writes children’s stories. Her work hangs in homes around the world.
